Physical description
Lappet of pink silk satin, embroidered with coloured floss silks. The panel is filled with an oblong compartment containing a phoenix flying downwards amidst clouds. The edge is serrated and worked with flames. The pattern is the same on both sides. Trimmed with red braid. There are pieces of narrow silk braid for tying.
