Physical description
Robe for an actor (theatre costume). The robe is of scarlet satin, heavily embroidered in gold thread. In the centre of the front is a large dragon, and below are two other dragons, a temple, and various small designs. The neck and sleeves have similar embroidery. The hem has a deep border of wave pattern. At either side of the front panel is a strip of royal blue satin, embroidered in gold thread.
